These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Folds of Grace laundry management application (the "Service") operated by Folds of Grace ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service does
The Service is a private, invite-only web application used by Folds of Grace and its authorized folders (contract laundry workers) to schedule pickups, track laundry orders, generate invoices, process card payments through integrated third parties, and communicate with customers about their service. Customers do not sign into the Service; they receive pickup notifications, delivery updates, and invoices through email and SMS.
2. Who can use it
Access is limited to Folds of Grace administrators and folders who have received a login invitation. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and use the Service only for its intended business purpose. You are responsible for any activity under your account.
3. Third-party integrations
The Service connects to third-party providers to deliver its features, including QuickBooks Online (invoicing and card payments) and Twilio (SMS delivery), along with technical infrastructure providers used to host and operate the Service. Your use of features that depend on those providers is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or fees.
4. Payments
Invoices generated by the Service are processed by QuickBooks Payments, an Intuit product. Card details are collected and stored by Intuit, not by Folds of Grace. Payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are handled per Intuit's terms and Folds of Grace's own service agreement with the customer.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or system
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, harass any recipient, or violate telecommunications laws including TCPA rules on unsolicited messaging
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or share access with anyone outside Folds of Grace without written permission
6. Customer data
Customer contact information, addresses, service history, and payment records are owned by Folds of Grace and handled per our Privacy Policy. Folders granted access to customer data through the Service may only use it to perform assigned laundry jobs and must not retain, copy, or share it outside the Service.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its source code, design, and content, is the property of Folds of Grace and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it for its intended purpose during your engagement with Folds of Grace.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, ending an employment or contractor relationship with Folds of Grace, or business decisions to discontinue the Service. On termination your login is deactivated and you must stop using the Service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Folds of Grace, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid to Folds of Grace for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Ellis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
