These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Folds of Grace's website, services, and communications. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Service
Folds of Grace provides laundry pickup, washing, drying, folding, hanging, and delivery services in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Pricing, turnaround times, and service details are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Program — Folds of Grace
Program description. If you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our pickup scheduling form, we may send you SMS messages related to your service. Our SMS program is used only for order and service status updates — for example, pickup confirmations, "we're on the way" alerts, delivery notifications, and scheduling updates. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional messages.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 2–6 messages per pickup cycle).
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Scheduling, Pickup, and Delivery
You agree to make your laundry accessible at the scheduled pickup time and to provide accurate address, apartment number, gate code, and any access instructions. We are not responsible for missed pickups when access to the pickup location is not available.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our current rates are listed on our pricing page. Bulky and specialty items (comforters, blankets, throws) are billed in addition to the standard per-pound rate. Payment is collected at or after service per the agreed terms.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a pickup at no cost with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a fee.
6. Care of Items and Liability
We take great care with every item entrusted to us. We cannot accept items contaminated with bodily fluids, mildew, excessive pet hair, hazardous chemicals, or other unsafe materials (see our FAQ for the complete list).
In the rare event of loss or damage, please contact us — we have policies in place to make things right within reason. We are not liable for damage caused by manufacturer defects, pre-existing wear, or care instructions hidden by removed tags.
7. Folder Applications
Information submitted through our Folder application is reviewed by our team. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or response.
8. Changes to Service and Terms
We may update our services or these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
